To Live Balance

In order to live a healthier and longer life, we need to balance our body and our mind, that's it. the word balance in here is little difference than the balance that we've known in our life and our work place, such as balance sheet on accounting or the balance from gymnastic exercise.

The balance in this article is a philosophical concept coming from the Ancient Chinese philosophy Yin &Yang. In Chinese cosmology, the universe creates itself out of a primary chaos of material energy, organized into the cycles of Yin and Yang and formed into objects and lives.

Well, I don't want to go too deep here about the Yin & Yang and how the universe was formed. However, I believe our body has the same structural and functions just like a smaller scale of the universe. all parts of our body need to work together as a whole and maintain balance within each other in order to be healthy. Once we maintain healthy and we sure live longer too.

So, that said, if all lives need the balance to live? So we need to live balance!

When it comes to longevity and healthspan, most of people think genetic play a big role of our life. however, base on scientists research, Our genes are far from the only factor that determines our lifespans.

Some friends asked me, do you think it's possible human can live to 200 years old? My answer is every thing is possible in this world. Only I have not seen one yet. If you can live healthier every day, then you can automatically live longer. If that's true, at least in my opinion I think is it. Then every one can live a healthier and longer life, just with one day at a time.

Start Right Away

In here, I am going to share with you that all of you can start living healthier and longer right now! No matter what is your situation and condition or age, you can start you healthy lifestyle in this moment.

I used to have the same problems and the feeling that most of the people have. I wanted to start a healthy life but got stuck and didn't know where to go. also overwhelming with information that I already have. nowadays most people don’t lack of knowledge and information about what is good and what is bad for our health. No matter how much information we've learned, it won't help us how to start our healthy live journey. I used to wish we can do a google search on how to live a healthy and longer life specifically for every one of us by just typing our name down and will pop out a clear list for each of us. I realized that we have built thousand pieces of puzzle about health and well, but we lack of one clear-picture that lead us how to start to build on it. just like when you bought a puzzle box but doesn't not comes with a finished-picture.

The Number Problem

Nowadays, everything come with number, a specific number that so important to us when it come to health. for example, when we go to the Dr. and our Dr. hand us a paper with numbers that telling us how we do with our health. I am not an artificial number kind of guy, I don’t use number to defined my health, I use my sense and feeling; the old-way. If I don’t feel good I know I am sick in somewhat, or if I feel pretty bad, then I see a Dr. to find out what is the problem. People are looking for “the magic number” for their health in order to know where to start and what to do. That's why most people still having a hard time to start living their healthy life journey.

The Magic Word

Now, you don't need to wait. I have gotten the picture of your puzzles here. I don't have the magic number for you, but I have a magic word for you to start your long living journey right here. I called it balance, if you want to live longer and healthier naturally, balance is the key. balance does't need a number but need a sense of feeling which everyone have. We often heard "live a balance life" or "eat balance" etc. Most people often missed understand that putting everything in one plate and thinking eating balance. The balance here is not equal, the balance here is a philosophical concept coming from the Ancient Chinese philosophy Yin &Yang. Our body works as a small scale of the universe. all parts need to work and re-balance with each others in order to be healthy. So, do we get the picture yet? We don't need the number to start our long healthy live journey, we need to re-balance our lifestyle. Once our body balance, we live longer.

Also what you are doing good and what you are not? use your sense and feeling. For example, if I think I have too much pressure these days, then I will try to take an easy. If I think I have too much unhealthy food, I will cut them down. If I think I don't have enough sleep, I will find a way to get more. If I think smocking is bad for me, I will get rid of it. If I think I don't have enough exercise, I will do more. etc. These I called it re-balancing our life. we mush re-balance in order to get balance. Now you know, no matter how little you have, you can get started today. Congratulations! you are on your way to the longer and healthier life journey!
